Your account
You must be at least 18 to use Reelform. Use accurate account details and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Upload only footage, likenesses, music, and reference images you have permission to use. You must not use Reelform to:
- depict a real, identifiable person, including a public figure, without their consent, or make it appear they said or did something they did not;
- create sexual content involving real people, or any content that sexualizes minors;
- commit fraud, impersonate others, harass or threaten anyone, or mislead people about news, elections, or public safety;
- infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights, or break the law.
AI transformations are creative simulations; do not present them as evidence of events that did not happen, and label realistic AI edits when you share them. Requests may be screened automatically by our video provider, and some are blocked without an explanation of which input was responsible. We may refuse, remove, or report content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your videos, your rights
You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights you hold in the videos you upload or create. Reelform does not claim ownership of your videos. Using Reelform or publishing to the community does not transfer those rights to us. You remain free to use, share, license, or sell your work, subject to rights in material supplied by others and applicable law. This does not create copyright or third-party permissions where they do not otherwise exist.
Optional community publishing
Your private creations are not automatically published. When you explicitly publish a community post, you grant Reelform a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, host, technically process for playback, and display that video and its accompanying title, caption, and chosen public creator name solely to operate the community. Our infrastructure providers may process that content only as needed to provide this hosting and display. This permission does not authorize Reelform to sell your video, use it in advertising, or use community uploads to train AI models. Those uses require your separate permission.
You may remove a post at any time. We stop displaying it in the community and remove its hosted file; already-issued playback links can take up to five minutes to expire, and limited backup, security, or legally required copies may persist under provider retention policies. The display permission ends when your post is removed. Removing a community post does not remove your original private creation. We cannot recall copies that viewers independently saved while it was public.
Publish only content you have permission to share, including music and the likenesses of people featured. Identify AI-created or AI-edited videos with the AI-assisted label. Viewers receive no permission to reuse, remix, or commercially exploit a creator’s video merely because it is publicly viewable. Contact the creator for permission. We may remove posts that violate these terms. Use the Report link on a post or contact contact@polidori.dev with its link to report misuse or a rights concern.
Free transformation pilot
Eligible new users with a verified email may receive one successful 4–5 second transformation using Seedance 2.5 Edit at 480p, original audio, and up to one reference image. No payment card is required. The pilot is limited to 100 users and a shared generation budget; availability is confirmed in the studio and may end sooner. Failed generations may be retried up to three total attempts, subject to remaining availability. A request with an uncertain provider outcome remains on hold until resolved. Trials are limited to one per person; duplicate accounts are not eligible.
Subscriptions and credits
Prices are shown in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval and price shown at checkout. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and release credits each month. All credits, including subscription allowances, purchased packs, and auto-reloads, expire 90 days after they become available. Credits expiring soonest are used first. Purchased credits remain usable until their expiry after subscription cancellation, while your account and the service remain available. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Extra credit purchases require an active paid subscription. Auto-reload is optional and off by default. If enabled, it charges the selected refill amount when the available balance falls below your threshold, subject to your calendar-month spending cap in UTC. Disable it in your account at any time.
Plan changes and cancellation
Plan and billing-period changes take effect at the next renewal. Cancel renewal in your account before the next billing date to prevent a future subscription charge. Cancellation keeps access for the period already paid. Deleting your account ends access and deletes the account’s credits and generation history.
Generation results and refunds
The studio displays the credit cost before submission. Generation quality varies and exact transformations are not guaranteed. Failed generations, including requests blocked by automated content screening, return reserved credits automatically. If the provider’s response is interrupted, the request may need review before its final status is known; contact support with the generation ID. For billing errors or refund requests, email support. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Editing tools
The studio editor processes clips in your browser. Edited files you download or send for generation are your responsibility, like any other upload.
Files and service availability
Download completed videos promptly. Provider download links may expire; Reelform is not a permanent media backup. The service depends on external providers and may experience interruptions or changes. We may restrict misuse, investigate disputed payments, and update these terms with notice for material changes.
